Sometimes we try to make it right, but make it worse. What if we could make it better?
We all have days that drain us. You know the kind. We have to put the mask on at work, but as soon as we get in the car our stress takes over. What if we could have less of those kinds of days? Our strengths (behaviors) give us energy, a sense of self-worth, and effective leadership. Our overdone strengths drain us. We try to fix the problem, but end up creating bigger problems. We might get the result, but we have to go back and fix the relationships before we can conquer the next project.
